The Tapestry Agency has announced the appointment of Claire Odom as Client Strategy Director, to help scale the business during its next phase of growth. 

 Working alongside Co-founder and Insight Director, David Lockwood, Claire brings the perfect mix of customer focused retail experience to support the development of Tapestry’s analytical and strategic operations, enabling the agency to grow in line with client demand.

 Claire has a wealth of experience in multi-channel marketing, change management, warehouse management, and finance management. In her most recent position as Managing Director UK & Ireland for global skincare group, Proactiv, Claire led the company through two large-scale acquisitions.

 Prior to this, Claire held the role of Marketing Director at Laithwaites Wine, in which she was responsible for the full marketing mix, including customer acquisition, retention and reactivation.
